Visitor Protocols

We welcome guests to our school including parents and volunteers. Parent conferences and essential meetings will be held on campus and we welcome volunteers to help across the school in the classrooms and at extra-curricular events. If at all possible, please call and schedule needed conferences with staff members in advance. This will assure we can adjust our schedules in advance to give you and your concern the attention it deserves.

If you need to come to school during the school day, please ring the bell located by the “Office” sign at our main building entrance. An office staff member will greet you, buzz you into the lobby area, and help get you signed in on our visitor log. All visitors will be asked for their assigned TES car tag or a photo ID. Visitors must stick to areas of the campus where their meeting or work occurs.

If you are coming to pick up your child, we will ask you to wait in the lobby. Parents are welcome to join their student(s) for lunch, but if you bring outside food from a restaurant, you and your child will be provided an alternate area to eat other than the cafeteria.
