Custody Issues

It is vital that any court orders pertaining to the custody of a child be on file at the school. If you have a court order pertaining to the custody of a child, please be sure that the office and your child’s teacher has been informed. A current copy of the court order needs to stay on file with the child’s teacher and in the school office. These must be kept current, so if there are any changes please notify the school immediately. Please note that in the absence of a custody agreement or court order, we must follow the law and provide access to all parents.
